ANCR (Child and Family All Nations Coordinated Response Network) delivers centralized, essential intake services that are part of the comprehensive and coordinated child and family services system in the Winnipeg region. We provide crisis response and intake case services, conduct abuse investigations and offer preventative programs and services. ANCR is generally the first point of contact with the child and family services system. We provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. ANCR receives both emergency and non-emergency calls, with highly qualified staff making initial assessments and referring callers to ongoing services as appropriate.
ANCR’s Mission is to promote and support the safety and well being of children and families by providing culturally appropriate, strength - based Child and Family intake services.
- Our community is strong and diverse, honours all cultures, and is free from systemic barriers
- Families are healthy, supported and empowered
- Children are valued, respected and safe.
The HR department of ANCR works to attract and retain a skilled work force that is capable of fulfilling the requirements of the Child and Family Services Act, is culturally representative of the children and families we serve, and is committed to the Mission and Vision of ANCR.
Individuals interested in joining the ANCR team are encouraged to submit a cover letter and current resume to the Human Resources Department, 835 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3G 0N6 or by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
